Look here
I was about 13 years old when I sat on my grandfather's lap. He looked at me, terminally ill and said:
Filled with drive and pride, but also a good portion of pressure I started to collect every degree and work experience to proof one day I could hold the torch.
It wasn’t until much later that I began to interpret these words differently. Over time, I realized that my path didn’t need to look like his, nor my parents’ roles in the family business. While my father and mother were deeply active in the businesses, I felt I needed time to carve my own path, and that I wasn’t aspiring to step directly into one of their roles.
"I believe you’re going to make sure the family business continues to exist."

This choice created a new dynamic for us. One where we could strategize together on how to ensure the company’s legacy while carving out a structure that allows the business to thrive without my parent's current roles.
Today, I support my father’s transition from being CEO across the businesses to stepping into the role of President of the Board of Directors. It’s a profound shift for him, for me, and for our family business. This journey has challenged us to redefine what leadership and legacy look like across generations.
As part of that strategic shift, I initiated and guided our CEO offsites, work one-on-one on profound identity questions with my father and realized along the way this is where my strength is. Strategy in combination with very personal identity work.
My father became my first client. And slowly I realised, I was taking on a new role

Mind
The first chapter of my career was built on rigorous intellectual foundation. I learned how businesses are built and how leaders can lose themselves in the process. Today I sit on the BoD of our family holding, Caprea Leo.
Body
True leadership lives in the body, not just the boardroom. My work is grounded in somatic awareness and deep listening. The kind that slows you down enough to surface your own answers. When you learn to listen to yourself, your decisions become clearer, and your actions more intentional.
Spirit
What launched me into this world was the work of Eckhart Tolle. I completed his Teacher of Presence program in 2023. When you uncover unconscious patterns and transform them into conscious choices, something shifts. That is where my work begins.
